Wonderful Stay

Many Reasons to Stay at the HI Express Pennslanding

During my week stay here I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff always greeted you with a smile, and the shuttle drivers were very nice as well. My room was always cleaned to my satisfaction. My first day there I caught the last shuttle in from a night of exploring the city and gave the driver a small tip to show my appreciation for the ride. I did not realize until the next morning as I was preparing to leave for work that the cash I had on me was not where I had expected it to be. In panic mode, I called the front desk and calmly explained my situation. The last time I remembered handling my money was in the shuttle. Evon said she would have the driver check the shuttle, and call me back. She called me back asked how much money did I have, and asked me to come to the front desk. When I got downstairs Bob (the maintenance guy) gave me an envelop with my money in it. I am so appreciative of what Evon and Bob did that I could not thank them enough. What I thought was going to be a disastrous work week turned out to be a great week.   ~ Guest
